Refund Policy

At Yalla Haul , all sales are final. We do not accept returns or give refunds for items you have changed your mind about.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and your order number. We will send you a replacement at no cost.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it ships by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.
